London Paddington is a Central London railway terminus and London Underground station complex, located on Praed Street in the Paddington area. The station provides the majority of commuter and regional passenger services to west London and the Thames Valley region as well as long-distance intercity services to South West England and South Wales. It is also the terminus for the Heathrow Express and TfL Rail services to and from Heathrow Airport.

I) Where are the toilets in Paddington Station?
Public toilets with baby changing facilities are available now free of charge. You will also find showers available.
The Men Toilets are located on Platform 1, downstairs by the reception. There are open from Monday to Sunday, from 6 am to 12pm. However, there are closed on bank holidays. You can find also toilets on Platform 12 open 24hours. The Women Toilets are located on Platform 1, downstairs next Pret A Manger. There are open from Monday to Sunday, from 6am to 12pm. You can find other ones at Platform 12.
Baby changes are located in reception near Platform 1. There are open from Monday to Sunday, from 7am to 10pm. Some are also available at Platform 12. The toilets at this Platform are also accessible and there are Changing Places cubicles.
Men’s and women’s showers are located in the toilets on Platform 12. However, you need to pay £5 to take a shower and it is only open from Monday to Sunday, from 7am to 11pm.

III) ATM and Currency exchange in Paddington Station ?
Many ATMs can be found dotted around the station. There is also a foreign exchange kiosk (not 24-hrs). The ATMs inside the Paddington station are run by banks AFAICR. They have different bank logos on them.
The currency exchange office is located 179 Praed Street, Paddington, London W2 1RH. It is situated at the Praed Street exit of Paddington Tube Station, to the right upon exiting and opposite the Hilton Paddington hotel.
IV) Luggage storage in Paddington Station?
There is a manned left luggage office run by the Excess Baggage Company that runs all left luggage facilities in London stations as well as Heathrow & Gatwick Airports.
You can leave luggage at Excess Baggage Co on platform 12. It is open from Monday to Sunday, from 7am to 11 pm. You can prebook storage for your heavy luggage but there are not always well secured and there is a long waiting time. It is also more expensive as an outside luggage storage because it costs £6 for 1 to 3 hours of storage.

There are two drop off/pick up points. The car park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road between Westbourne Bridge and Eastbourne Terrace.
The taxi rank off Bishops Bridge Road is also available but you are not allowed to leave the vehicle unattended. Disabled passengers can use the taxi rank above Platform 12. A mobility vehicle is also available for transfers. If you haven’t booked, use the help points in the car park which allow an extra 30 minutes to make sure you catch your train.
The car park is at the end of platform 1, around 400m from the station and it costs £3.50 / hour. The route is also step-free.
For bicycle parking, there are available at Platforms 8, 9, 10 and 11. Be aware that you can’t take you bike on the train with you. You can think of the transport luggage Eelway to transport your bike.
VII) Lost & Found Office
Items handed in at the station are kept in the left luggage office on Platform 12. If you lost an item, you need to report it online. The counter is open from 9am to 5pm daily.
If you lost something on board the train, you can fill out an enquiry on the website of Transport for London.
The office in charge of the Lost & Found in Buses, Underground and trains is located 63-81 Pelham St, London SW7 2NJ (closest Tube: South Kensington). This office is for pre-booked visits only. You need to wait until they have told you that your property is ready to collect, as items may be stored in different locations. The opening hours are from 8:30 am to 4 pm, from Monday to Friday.
